We sat down with Cat Hernandez, of Primary Ventures for a discussion about how companies that complex in the way that the workforce is becoming multi-generational. Cat supports the community of HR leaders at PeopleTech Partners because she believes the community is unique, and where many companies go wrong is that HR is not seen as a "strategic thought partner" but rather all of the problems and complaints that need to be dealt with. Cat emphasizes that even though recruiting and benefits seem like "common sense", that does not mean companies should forget about having advisors and consultants. Companies should be involved with what the customer wants, which is insight PeopleTech Partners can provide.
