Chandler has had the opportunity to invest in multiple properties that had four units or less and in multiple properties that were five units or more. He has had the opportunity to see all of the pros and cons of both kind of real estate investment. In this video, he breaks down all of the pros and cons of each. Chandler talks about the difference in financing, scalability, dealing with tenants, and much more. This video was created to help both the novice and experienced real estate investor decide what size of property would be a good fit to add to their portfolio in their current situation. When asked if purchasing single-family, multi family, or big multi family properties is better Chandler’s answer has always been yes. Whether it’s a single-family unit or a 50 Plex Chandler believes all of them are good investments to add to your portfolio when done properly. However, he also believes that each class has its own advantages and disadvantages in this video helps you to understand those so that you know which option is best for you and your current situation.
