Whatever monitor you choose, it must have HDMI input. You will also need WiFi internet in your workout room for this method. I purchased the cheaper Fire TV stick for $25 that does 1080p resolution. The 4K stick is more expensive and is useless without a 4K monitor and 4K streaming data, which is pretty rare on YouTube at the time of this posting. Edit: Since doing this, I find that I enjoy doing a slow (2mph) walk while watching a movie in the evening. So this is an easy 3 mile walk instead of sitting on the couch.
