I saw this house a few years ago when it was for sale. This house had a bargain price, but it needed to be gutted and I still don't think it would be functional. Over 8,000 square feet, 1 acre, and a lot of craziness. It ended up selling for $266,000 and then again for $425,000 without being repaired. For those who watch my fix and flip videos, I did not buy this house!

This sold in 2015 and it looks about the same 7 years later. They have not done much to the outside and they may be using it for some kind of business now. The house had a ton of bedrooms with no closets, lots of living space that was mostly unusable, and many weird features that I normally love but made no sense here!

The previous owner found this video and threatened to sue me if I didn't take it down!
