Hollywood actress turned nun - meet Mother Dolores Hart. She is a Prioress of Regina Laudis Abbey in Connecticut.Over 50 years ago she was a successful Hollywood actress, who acted in about 10 films including a film with Elvis Presley called "King Creole" Her last film was "Come Fly With Me," and she gave it all up and became a nun.

She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, and she attended the Oscars for the first time in 2012.

In this interview Mother Dolores talks about her autobiography, 'The Ear of the Heart: An Actress' Journey From Hollywood to Holy Vows. Her old Hollywood friend Richard DeNeut helped her with writing her life story.
