In this video I spent 3 days camping on the coast on the beach, living from the ocean. We caught lobsters, crabs, conger eels, prawns and did catch and cooks for most of our meals. Coastal foraging and trapping, these catch & cooks meant we lived from the ocean pretty much every meal.
