As we continue renovating this 1970s house, it is time to fix some plumbing problems. This wet bar on the lowest level used to drain into a cast iron pipe buried beneath the concrete floor. Since that pipe has rusted through, today, we need to find a new way to drain this sink.

In order to make a sink, shower, or other utility drain upwards we need what is called a macerator pump. That is the easy part, runningthe drain line is the hard part....
