I've had this concept in my mind lately and wanted to share it with you. It's not groundbreaking or innovative. It's a simple concept that I have labeled "Last 5, First 5". It's the idea that the last 5 years of your career and the first 5 years of your retirement are the most important to get right in your retirement journey.
