Machined a custom faceplate for my G0704. The mill isn't bolted down and you can see it rock pretty bad, don't want to bolt it down until I build the enclosure. The tools I have are four flute, one or two flute would have been way better for this composite. I used tape to hold the piece down and it got gummed up in the 1/8" tool. I used to contour. I'm also still stuck with 2200 RPM. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out for the first part I've ever designed, coded, and machined. Using Linuxcnc with Gmoccapy GUI.
