Hi friends! Today's video is a little different then my normal content, but I had so much fun filming it for you guys! I hope it gives you tons of healthy grocery and meal ideas for summer! Thanks for watching! Xo Amy
Chickpea Salad -
1 cup of canned chickpeas
1 tbsp of light Mayo
1 tbsp of siracha
1/4 of cottage cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Blend in food processor and serve on toast with sliced avocado!
Baked Chicken -
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat chicken breast in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Avocado Vinaigrette-
1/4 avocado
1 1/2 tbsp of agave syrup
2-3 tbsp of white wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
