Trying to tie up some loose ends to my full Red Hood cosplay this week so I threw it all together in one video. Hope it all makes sense. For this build, I used: 10 mm, 8 mm, 6 mm, 4 mm, and 2 mm EVA foam, 1 inch elastic banding, EL wire with battery packs, belts, paper, foil, hot glue, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, and some acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, a heat gun, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
