Hey, so my truck had some weird sound coming from motor, at one point I thought that was Motor knock , but I was really glad that it ended up being a timing belt tensioner. This will suit you if you drive 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2012 2013 2014 Honda Ridgeline or Honda pilot, also all 3.5 motors Acura Mdx, TL and others. Timing Belt tensioner. also Honda Odyssey
