Complete oliepomp-ombouwset voor 2.0TDI pd motoren.
Voor de 2.0TDI motoren geproduceerd vanaf 2004 tot 2008 met de bekende zwakke oliepomp/balansasmodule-constructie hebben wij een set gemaakt bestaande uit alle benodigde onderdelen, speciaal gereedschap en een uitgebreide instructiefilm om de ombouw mogelijk te maken naar de betrouwbare traditionele oliepompconstructie zoals die gebruikt wordt in de A3 met dezelfde motor.

De zwakke balansasmodule komt te vervallen, enkele noodzakelijke aanpassingen moeten worden gemaakt om de motor om te bouwen naar dit type.

We offer a complete set to delete the fragile balance-shaft in 2.0TDI PD engines used in VAG (Audi/VW) cars produced between globally 2004-2008. For instance: BLB engines.

All parts are included as well as many specific tools to complete the conversion. Not all tools, you require basic skills and tools, this is no job for beginners fixing cars without good basic equipment or knowledge, watch the video closely to ensure you are capable doing this before orderering the kit.

We sell this kit for 500,- euro, shipment depends on your location.
We require you to pay 1500,- upfront, you recieve 1000,- back after we recieve the box and all tools back complete and undamaged, offcourse you can use all serviceparts included.

The instruction-video is spoken in dutch, but it should be sufficient to watch the instructions visually in order to succesfully make the conversion.

If you are not sure what system is in your engine, chaindriven or not, don't worry, the kit can be used for both systems and allso has a tool to remove the gearwheel-system used in later models or allready modified systems which are equally sensitive to excessive wear on the oilpump driveshaft.
