In this video I take you on a self-care day in my life from trying reformer pilates at the Ground Up Studio in Yarralumla, to dog park walks in Canberra, to browsing mansions in Canberra's best suburb, to doing at-home therapy and then finally for a kmart cosmetics shop before heading for a massage!

I am in such a weird and positive mood in this video, which is really nice to see after a few tough days or weeks mentally. I hope you enjoy watching this video and that it motivates you to take some time out for self-care yourself xx
