The formula of the pancake dough is very simple and easy to memorize: for 1 glass of 250 ml of milk goes 1 egg, 100 g of flour, 20 g of butter or oil, salt and sugar to taste. With this amount of dough 10 - 12 crepes of 20-22 cm in diameter come out.
