I review the refreshed 2021 Lexus IS 350 F Sport AWD to see if the changes underneath the skin are as dramatic as the changes to the exterior are. Sadly, while the driving dynamics are improved, some aspects simply pale in comparison to many of the newer competitors that offer more for the same or less money than the IS.
