If you’re experiencing issues with your DualSense Edge wireless controller for the PlayStation 5 (PS5), resetting it can often help. Here are the steps to reset your controller:
Turn off your PS5 console.
Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller.
Use a pin or a similar tool (not included) to press the reset button. This action won’t reconfigure the controller or affect pairing and profile settings.
Connect the controller to your PS5 using the USB cable that came with your controller.
Press the PS button to pair it wirelessly.
Remember that resetting won’t impact your controller’s configuration or pairing settings. If you continue to experience issues, consider updating your PS5 console system software and your DualSense Edge controller’s device software to the latest versions available
