Poor Man's Champagne, what does that even mean? Well, it's just fun words really. We did use a cheap white grape juice (it had ites and ates in it), and we made a sparkling white wine... ala champagne. But! We can't call it champagne, as we're not using champagne grapes and we're not in the champagne region of France, so... it's "champagne adjacent", or a "champagne like product". Anyway, in reality, it's a super easy sparkling white wine and relatively cheap to make too.

1.5 Gallon (5.678 Liters) White Grape Juice
6 ounces (0.177 Liters) Black Tea (1 teabag steeped 4 minutes)
