Grandma and Gordie arrive to celebrate Tot’s first birthday. Chip spots a ring on Grandma’s finger. It’s an engagement ring; Grandma and Gordie are getting married! They want to announce the news to everyone after Tot’s pool party, so Chip offers to keep the ring secret until then. She puts it in her special box, but when Kevin the cat knocks the box over, the ring tumbles out, so Chip decides to take the ring with her to the party. She’s certain it will be safer in her pocket, but at the pool, Chip drops the ring in the water! Thankfully, Potato rescues it. At home, Chip is relieved that the ring is safe and she brings out the cake she made for Tot. It’s time for Grandma and Gordie’s announcement but Chip can’t find the ring! She’s so upset, until Gordie finds the ring in his cake! It must have fallen from Chip’s pocket when she put the candle on the cake. Grandma and Gordie announce their engagement and there’s more news: they’re moving to Welcome Walk and taking over Flingos’ Store!
