Welcome to my first week of training for the RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon! It was a little rough... but that's okay because there's room to grow. If you're new here, I'm a 30-something living alone in New York City and last year I ran the NY marathon for the first time in 5 hours 31 mins. My previous half marathons are usually around 2 hours 25 mins and my goal for this race is sub 2 hours!! Stick around to see if I can do it :) subscribe to join the fam!
