Boomerang is a steel shuttle roller coaster of the Boomerang model in the Belgian animal and amusement park Bellewaerde .

The Vekoma -built Boomerang opened in 1984. It is a standard design and was the second-built Vekoma boomerang of its kind. However, Bellewaerde could call this attraction a world first because the first Boomerang, which was built in Mexico , had technical failures, which meant that the opening was postponed. Thus Bellewaerde had the first working Boomerang.

Originally the Boomerang had green piers and a white track, in 1997 this was converted to a yellow track with navy blue piers. In 2011, the track was repainted and the pillars were given a burgundy color.

Boomerang has one roller coaster train with seven carriages. Each car can seat four people, two in the front and two in the back, making 28 people fit in the entire train. The total capacity of the attraction is 760 people per hour.

At Halloween, smoke and laser effects are often added to the station. Sometimes additional sound effects are also used. The name of Boomerang has also changed in recent years, both on the map and in the park itself with Halloween:

2012-2014: Halloween ZoorRror: Zoo'merang
2015-2016: Halloween Fiesta Mortal: El Bumeran de los Muertos
