Is TCP Optimizer good?

Does the TCP Optimizer really work ? Yes, the Optimizer does work and very well in 99% of all systems (which might be a better average than MS Windows itself ;) ).
It optimizes some networking related buffers for Internet connectivity, and allows for some educated custom tweaking of your Internet connection.

Please run this file as administrator to able to see the effects and make changes to your internet. :)

I recommend to set the internet speed at 50 Mbps, no more than that.
