This is the beginning of a most awesome metal-detecting adventure. Jim and I secured permission to search the yard of this 1740s homesite and the existing 1790s Shenandoah Valley home. This home was built on an original Lord Fairfax grant and is located in the lower Shenandoah Valley of what was the colony of Virginia. With this particular permission, we agreed to give the multi-generational land owner the finds that we might make from around the house. We also were granted permission to search the remainder of the 300-acre farm.

About Aquachigger:
I like to make videos that promote my lifestyle of outdoor adventure, metal detecting, yapping, searching for river treasure, SCUBA diving, exploring abandoned places, hiking, caving, caring for animals and pets, and observing the things outdoors that often go unnoticed. I keep my YouTube "Aquachigger" channel family-friendly and hope you subscribe if you like my style.
