Hello everyone! Today's video brings us to Gideon’s Bakehouse in beautiful Disney Springs. We give you a full overview of Gideon's including when to go, Gideon's virtual queue, the interior of the bakeshop, their cookies, cakes, merchandise, Michael Reyes Artwork, Gideon's menu, taste reviews, and much more. In October 2016, Steve Lewis opened Gideon’s first physical shop at the East End Market, near downtown Orlando, with one employee and an $800 budget. Within weeks of opening, that little 286 square foot bakery was being called Best Cookies in Orlando, Florida, the United States, and Planet Earth. Gideon's has been featured in publications ranging from New York Times to The Boston Globe, and countless more.

In June of 2020, Gideon's announced its first Flagship location in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort. To date, all has been accomplished with a single owner, no investors, and tiny staff. Gideons is truly a community-supported and loved business in the heart of Disney's most popular shopping district.
