Hi guys! After getting pregnant three months after my ectopic pregnancy loss, I wanted to share all the tips I used to get pregnant FAST! Once you decide you are ready for a baby there is nothing worse than waiting around month after month to make it happen!

Best foods for anti-inflammatory: berries, fatty fish, leafy greens (broccoli, Brussel sprouts...) avocados, mushrooms, peppers, green tea, grapes, turmeric (I had bone broth with turmeric and cayenne pepper every morning), dark chocolate, tomatoes.
