After pegboard climbs and 40 thrusters, individual athletes were just 99 feet away from finishing Aeneas — the final event of the 2018 CrossFit Games.

But they had to carry a yoke, increasing in weight every 33 feet before they could cross the finish.

Despite clinching the championship in the previous event, Mat Fraser left it all on the floor in the finale, winning the event as the only man to finish in under 4 minutes.

Enjoy this blast from the past! Watch Fraser, Noah Ohlsen, Pat Vellner, Bjorgvin Karl Gudmundsson, Cole Sager, Brent Fikwoski, and the rest of the final men’s heat close out the show.
