I'm putting a trigger warning straight away here, I talk about disordered relationships and behaviours with food and body image here so if you don't feel comfortable watching this or you feel it might trigger some emotions off for you that wouldn't be safe, please skip this one.

TL;DW: Basically, I have been struggling with my relationship with food for a long time and it has became worse in lockdown. I have put on a bit of weight because when lockdown started, I overate quite a lot. I am not saying that I am extremely overweight here, but I am just letting you know that I am not doing well with my body image at the moment or in my relationship with food. I wanted to let you know what was happening so that if you are going through this, you don't feel like your alone and it's only happening to you and also, because it might leak into other video's slightly as I'm not really comfortable wearing anything other than baggy clothes on videos at the moment and it might come up in conversation with you guys.

Thank you so much to everyone who watched this, it was a super personal video that I hope explained things well. I hope you understand.
