The Silva Technique guided meditation without any negative statements. I edited the slightly longer video (approx 50sec), as it had some negative health statements.. such as
“you will not get xxxxxx”, and these statements were repeated several times.

From what I know to be true, talking about not getting something is the same as talking about getting something.
