Mindful parenting tips (HOW TO GET TODDLER TO OBEY). Well, what is mindfulness anyway? This video gives you quick gentle parenting tips using mindfulness and how to use conscious parenting for getting your toddler to obey.

Want to know the fast and easy way of how I get my child to obey from 18 months to 4 years old? Watch this video on how to discipline your toddler by hacking the nursery rules on how to discipline a toddler, especially how to discipline a toddler who won't listen and learn what to do when your kids won't listen.

Knowing how to discipline your children or toddler, without yelling or hitting or shouting is what is mindful parenting is all about. Getting children to listen can be stressful but disciplining your children gently and consistently allows you to be a calm mum (or a calm parent) to a toddler. Learning how to be a calm mom shows you how to be a happy mum. This is how I learned to tell off my toddler for hitting. The way to discipline a toddler who hits or who shouts or spits doesn’t have to be stressful or involve you shouting back. Try this out before you lose your temper! Being gentle with out words is central to gentle parenting and our kids will mimic this behaviour and in turn will adopt (we pray) more gentle behavior themselves.

The difficulty is not always HOW to discipline your child but it can be sticking to the rules yourself.

So if you want support and accountability to see you through this technique then come take the Lingo Remix Challenge in my Mindful Mamas Raising Tiger community.
