Throughout our adulthood, we all play games. The family game, the wealth game, the career game, etc. Naval explains why is important to know these games well and choose them wisely, because you can get trap into them till the day you die. He argues that he either plays the game and win it (and know that he has indeed won), or don't even play it in the first place. So, he always gets free from the games. He doesn't play them forever.

- e.g. of these games --- Family, School, Grades, Marriage, kids, wealth, career, famous, dressing...

- Multiplayer games are the ones that suck you into society and anxiety

- 2 Options towards the games:
1) Play it and win it
• * If it makes you unhappy -- And once you win, realize that you have won and stop playing it -- Then, you are free from the game.
** If it makes you happy --- Keep playing it if you want

2) Don't play it
** "Not wanting something is as good as having it"
--- That gives you freedom. That is power and to be self-content. That is a person who found everything he needs/wants within himself.
** (extra) Of course, we as humans will always have desires of external things. So the key becomes to choose wisely our wants, and keep the amount as low as possible. - Interpreted from Naval & Socrates.

- Be careful of unconsciously taking in new desires (keep playing the games or start new ones). Choose your games carefully.

- Trap
* If you compare yourself with others, you will keep playing a given game (or set of games) forever min 1.44.12

- Hack
* When you start a game, set the definition of winning the game. (so you will know when you win it)

- Beware..
* These "adult" games can be infinite. (penultimo)
-- (extra) e.g./ Keep working, once you are F.I., in something that you don't like but gives you a lot of money.

- Keep your expectations below your circumstances. (ultimo)
e.g./ Don't upgrade your lifestyle every-time you make more money -- That will get you farer from being Financially Free.
