You have a dream. A vision, and you go through all the steps to make it a reality, then it all goes wrong. Why? I certainly don't know all of the details behind this, but whatever happened, it did not end well. Maybe there was a reason the property owner did not pay his bill, but maybe there are better ways to resolve the dispute? Who wins in this case?

After two days of getting this small outbuilding on the trailer, it finally gets hauled off. It doesn't make sense. The owner loses his building, the builder goes through a ton of trouble to haul off the building, and it just can't be worth anything now.

So there ya go. Be careful, have a solid contract, make sure you fulfil your obligations, and communicate. Its not a perfect world.
