We explore the Badlands National Park and surrounding area by land and air in this week's video. SPOILER ALERT! We loved it!

Check out a tour of our FREE campsite conveniently located outside the Badlands National Park entrance with incredible views of the iconic Badlands landscape.

Next, we take you with us as we explore the most random roadside attraction Wall Drug! Wall drug is the definition of a tourist trap but the best kind with an 80 ft. dinosaur, indoor chapel, animatronic puppets that sing, wall-to-wall art, 5 cent coffee, homemade donuts, and more! It's no wonder it attracts around 2 million visitors per year.

Lastly, we go into the Badlands National Park and hike the Notch trail where you will see the otherworldly mountains that define the Badlands. We come across some Big Horn Sheep that you have to see to believe. Lastly, we fly over the mountain range in a helicopter tour so you can see the park from over 6,000 feet in the air!

Barbara and Dan are Wanderin While We Can as full-time travelers and RVers that have been traveling the US for over the past 2 years in our travel trailer. We have also been digital nomads for the past 10 years and met at the end of the world in Patagonia, South America. Our hope is to spread inspiration and share our story for those who love to travel and look for outside-the-box ideas to live their best life!
