Repairing a water well pressure switch.

Most of us have played the board game Monopoly, but I don't recall any part of that game that charges the owner of that property a fee for owning the utility. Players simply pay the owner for the right to stop on the space when in reality, owning the utility can cost the owner money from time to time. So here is the situation. My neighbor calls me up and says their well has quit working. They actually called a well company first, who told them after a $150 service call, that the well had an electrical problem and to call an electrician. This newly married couple scraped up every penny they had to buy their first home just 2 months ago, and an ever growing service bill was more than they could handle. I was young and struggling once too, so I asked if they cared if I could take a look...
