The ultimate goal, if we can get it running and driving safely, is to take it out racing at rally cross event. BMWs, especially cheap ones, get a bad rep for being poorly maintained, hiding expensive repairs, and unreliable. Can David come out of this relatively unscathed? Did he get a good deal?
