Would You Ever Move To The Old Dominion State Of Virginia? NOVA Is EXPENSIVE

The state of Virginia only has about 8 million people living here. Majority live in an area called Nothern Virginia (NOVA). This part of Virginia is near DC home prices are over $300k and up into the million dollar houses. 1 bedroom apartments are 2k and up.

The rest of the state seems pretty affordable but are jobs up to par to be able to live? Especially if you’re wanting to live in a small mountain town or somewhere on the suburbs of Richmond or even down near Virginia Beach?
