So after chasing down the slight issue of finding a small chunk of metal stuck to the oil drain plug, I decided to swap out the factory 3569 intake for a performance intake. This included changing the hood for carb clearance, removing the hood hinges and re-installing the hood pins. After start up and resetting the timing and chasing down some small water and fuel leaks, I think we have a successful improvement of performance. A trip to the closest drag strip should tell us something.
