In this video we explain the "gang mold" process. We first mold a nut and bolt with a small batch of 5110F silicone. We then reproduce that bolt several times in TC-802 Cast Resin. We put all of those casts in a new mold box and mold it again with 5110F silicone. This gives us a "gang mold' that may be used to produce many of the part at one time. This process pairs nicely with our recent "Master Mold" tutorial.

Bolts and other resin hardware pieces like this are great for creating realistic themed environments and haunted house interiors.
