live from San Diego Comic-Con: Marvel reveals their Phase 4 line-up at San Diego Comic-Con. Doctor Strange 2 - Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be in theatres May 7, 2021.
Feige introduced the second film in the Doctor Strange franchise, Marvel Studios' Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and called director Scott Derrickson and star Benedict Cumberbatch to the stage to a rousing welcome. Feige also brought out Elizabeth Olsen, who also stars in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and they talked about how Marvel Studios' WandaVision — the Disney+ series that Olsen will star in as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch — connects directly to the feature film's storyline.
