If you've accidentally deleted videos on your iPhone and want to recover them, you're in the right place. In this tutorial, we will guide you through three methods to regain your lost videos.

Method 1: Check Recently Deleted Album
1. Open the Photos app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on "Albums" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and locate the "Recently Deleted" album.
4. Check if your deleted video is there.
5. Select the video and tap on "Recover" to restore it.
Files are usually stored there for 30 to 40 days. If you are sure that your videos got permanently deleted after 30 days, proceed to the next methods.

Method 2: Recover lost videos from iCloud Backup
Similar to the iPhone, iCloud also has a Recently Deleted folder. But remember when a video is deleted from your iPhone is likely gone from iCloud due to syncing.

1. To recover deleted videos from iCloud backup, ensure you have a backup available.
2. Back up your existing files before proceeding, as rolling back will overwrite your current data.
3. Erase All Content and Settings on iPhone in the "Reset" tab.
4. Reboot your iPhone and proceed with the steps.

šŸ“ŒMethod 3: Restore deleted videos with Disk Drill for Mac
Our main tool is Disk Drill for Mac. It allows you to recover permanently deleted iPhone videos without backup. Disk Drill for Mac is a powerful data recovery tool that's user-friendly, fully optimized for the latest Mac OS and iOS, and supports all video formats. Whether they've been recorded, downloaded, or received via Messengers. It even gives you the ability to scan an existing iCloud backup created in Finder. The real game changer is that Disk Drill lets you scan your iPhone entirely for free, ensuring your lost video can be recovered before you commit to anything.

In order to ensure a successful scan, you need about three times the storage space used on your iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14.

To recover videos from iPhone:
1. Turn off WiFi and mobile internet on your iPhone to prevent any potential overwriting or syncing.
2. Download and install Disk Drill for Mac.
3. Connect your iPhone to your Mac using a cable.
4. On your iPhone, select "Trust this device" and enter your screen unlock code (for iOS 16.1 or later).
5. Launch Disk Drill for Mac and select your iPhone from the left panel.
6. Click on "Search for lost data" to begin the scan. If your backups are encrypted, which they should be, for more extensive recovery, you'll need to enter the backup password.
7. Disk Drill will scan your iPhone and display all recoverable files, including those in your iPhone's stored backup files on your Mac.
8. Use the filters and preview feature to locate and select the videos you want to recover.
9. Click on "Recover" and choose a secure location to save your recovered videos.
10. After the recovery process is complete, click "Show Results in Finder" to access your recovered videos.
