Part two of this facial treatment requires thorough extractions. Goggles are placed to protect the eyes from the light. Gloves are on. Tissues are ready. Sometimes I can use an extraction tool but the majority of the time I use my fingers. Make sure the tissue is wrapped tightly around your finger so that you can see clearly what you were doing.
I usually start at the fore head and work down one side of the face, then the other side of the face following the nose and lastly the chin area. Once I have gone over that, I end up going back to make sure that I haven’t left any behind. It’s important to let the skin calm down for five minutes and then go back and see what you’ve missed as more will be visible to the eye.
The best advice I can give you for extractions is to be thorough and make sure you get it all out as that way the skin will heal well.
