Going to work saw this drunk driver in a Nissan Xterra going 90+ on the frontage road before losing control hitting a guard rail before careening onto the freeway hitting a barbed wire fence then the cable barrier before coming to a stop, I got out to render aid, the driver was in the passenger floor board unconscious not wearing a seat belt on top of a dog as well as a passenger in the back seat both with major injures.
