In this video Ash takes her families traditional banana bread recipe and makes it using sourdough. The bananas and sourdough discard combined to make a lovely moist loaf or muffins. Using flat nonactive discard, ripe bananas and cane sugar this recipe is non-fermented to keep the traditional banana bread texture.
