Then let's get into the Mito Red MitoADAPT Min review:

✅ Mito Red light have become a leading red light therapy company. Mito Red have recently come out with their new MitoADAPT series. In my comparison series, their panels frequently land on the podium. But in a space where a lot of panel begin to look and function the same, innovation is key
✅ The Min is a tabletop product that comes with a built-in stand. The stand is included in the price and pre-installed
✅ The product is marketed towards people who love spot treatment, particularly skin health effects
✅ My review will have a surprising ending though, which might be disliked by some of the bean counters at Mito Red
✅ So let's begin with the MitoADAPT Min basics: the panel has 72 LEDs. Each LED has 630nm and 850nm, or 660nm and 810nm wavelengths, because they are dual-chip. Each LED, therefore, has a red and near-infrared light
✅ There's also a dimming functionality that goes from 100% all the way down to 1%
✅ The panel doesn't have pulsing but there is something new: 11 different pre-built modes. Each mode powers different LEDs at different power levels. Mode 1 has all the wavelengths running at full power, for instance. Other modes have red light or just infrared. Others have some of the red and some of the infrared light running. You can use almost any arrangement here. You cannot manually adjust the intensity and the 11 modes are preset
✅ The panel has modular capability
✅ You can control the panel through an app on your phone. The app can track your modes and usage
✅ In terms of wavelengths testing, the 850nm peak didn't really line up and was located at 860nm. The other wavelengths peaked perfectly
✅ The peak power was 58 mW/cm2 and the average over 9 different spots on the panel at 42 mW/cm2 and total Wattage output of 21.5 Watts. Compared to other tabletop panels I've reviewed these numbers are about mid-pack. The panel also has less power than the MitoPRO 300 but there's lots of power still there
✅ The retail price is $549 but with code ALEX you can get it for $521 here: https://aferg.co/7d221 - US shipping is free and worldwide shipping is $75
✅ From a value perspective, though, the $24.20 per Watt tag is higher
✅ The red light therapy panel has a 3-year warranty and a 60-day trial period
✅ Next up, my likes: 1) The product comes with 2 manuals - a quickstart guide and a more extensive, great manual; 2) The mode function I like because this is the first time you can select between what wavelengths within red and near-infrared you use
✅ Then, my dislikes: 1) The app could be more excellent and seems outdated; 2) the 11-mode function is a bit confusing and might overcomplicate things; 3) the control panel also doesn't look that good with the colors and low resolution; 4) the stand's color is different from the panel; 5) the validity of the app's feedback
✅ Who should buy this MitoADAPT Min? First, there's the beauty user who wants skin benefits. Then there are biohackers and advanced users who want advanced features. And, lastly, there's the premium buyers who want the latest bells and whistles
✅ Overall, the BioMax 300, Infraredi Flex and Mito Red MitoPRO 300 are the best competitors of the MitoADAPT Min
