Anxiety was written by Dave and Jacqueline Hudson and was recorded in the summer of 2023. It was written on the road while traveling through the Midwest and recorded in the small college town of Northfield, Minnesota.

This song speaks to the fact that anxiety is ever present no matter your situation or geographical location. There is a certain guilt that comes along with living an amazing life with an even more amazing partner while still feeling the daily effects of anxiety and all that it brings. Anxiety affects not only the person who is experiencing it, but those who love and are close to that person as well.

Through playing the song live, previous to recording it, we found that it hit close to home for many. We hope that it resonates with people who are affected by this and brings comfort in the knowledge that you are not alone.
