Many people view the Toy Story franchise as a collection of perfect movies. Well, like any creative project -- it didn’t always start out this way! Come on a journey with us through all of the films to learn about cut scenes, deleted storylines, and moments that would have NEVER made it til the final cut. If some of these scenes were in the movies -- it could have changed the franchise FOREVER!

Even more toy torture was supposed to be displayed by Sid. In Toy Story 3, Lotso Bear may have originally been a completely different type of stuffed animal. Woody has gone through a number of character changes and early on, he was pretty unlikeable, especially compared with the version we know and love today.
