Mark walks through how to adjust the relative humidity (three wavy lines next to the bottom number ) and the temperature (top number)
*Remember*
1. Increase the bottom number if you're getting dry, stuffed-up, runny nose. You're inceasing the relative humidity.
2. The warmer the air is the more humidity it holds. So, if you max out the bottom number, start to change the temperature (top number)
3. If it is too warm and swampy, decrease the temperature first, then the humidity.
