Spend the Day with me in Macau visiting all the main historic sites in the Old Town area including the Grand Lisboa, Ruins of Saint Paul, Monte Fort and Senado Square.

I start my morning in Hong Kong and get the TurboJet Ferry from the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal at Sheung Wan. It only takes about 1 hour to get from Hong Kong to Macau.

In Macau I catch a free courtesy bus to the Wynn Hotel and Casino before walking to the Grand Lisboa.

From the Grand Lisboa I walk towards Senado Square, Senado Square is a paved town square and part of the UNESCO Historic Centre of Macau World Heritage Site.

Walking through the narrow streets towards the Ruins of St Paul you can see the many shops and food stalls selling everything including jewellery and jerky.

The Ruins of Saint Paul's (Ruins of São Paulo) is perhaps the main tourist site in Macau. The Ruins of Saint Paul's are the ruins of a 17th-century Catholic religious complex in Santo António, Macau, China. They include what was originally St. Paul's College and the Church of St. Paul also known as "Mater Dei", a 17th-century Portuguese church dedicated to Saint Paul the Apostle.

I then got myself some lunch a pork chop on a bun from a stall next to the ruins.

After eating I walked up the hill to Monte Fort. The Fortaleza do Monte is a fort in Santo António in Macau. It is the historical military centre of Macau. The fort forms part of the "Historic Centre of Macau" and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After seeing all the major sites in the old town I walked back to the Wynn and caught their courtesy bus to their sister property in the Cotai Strip the Wynn Palace.
