In the world of Ayurveda, neem is a very popular and strong medicinal herb that's been the part of our traditional remedies that date back almost 5000 years.
.
Benefits:-
Neem leaf is used for improving appetite, gum diseases, liver problems, cardiovascular diseases, fever, skin ulcers, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, leprosy, eyes also good for wound healing, dandruff, ear ailments, boosting immunity and Neem helps control high blood sugar level due to its Tikta (bitter) and Ama (toxic remains in the body due to improper digestion) removing nature that helps to improve the metabolism.

How to consume it??
1. Neem leaves can be consumed directly after cleaning but try to go for the fresh leaves that are smaller in size since they are less bitter.

2. You can also make a paste of neem leaves by grinding and mixing it with water.

3. Neem can be boiled in water and then you can use this water for bathing

4. Dried fruit of neem can be used in making of powder for diabetes ( I am going to share the recipe soon)

5. You can also use paste or Neem oil on your belly button for better skin

6. Take 1 Neem tablet twice a day before lunch and dinner.

Disclaimer:-
Women who are trying to convince or already going through pregnancy should avoid eating neem leaves. Do not use neem if you have had an organ transplant. Surgery: Neem might lower blood sugar levels. There is a concern that it might interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery. Stop using neem at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
