The first step in applying a FLAIR Strip is to clean your pony's nose. Next, bend the edges of the FLAIR Strip along the score marks to form a 90 degree angle; this will help prevent lifting on the sides. When positioning a FLAIR Strip on a horse, you would position the Strip about two finger widths above the nostrils. Since a pony's face is smaller, position the FLAIR Strip right above the nostrils because the Strip will cover all of the pony's nasal passages. Finally, press the Strip down from the center outward to form a good adhesive bond.
