Julie takes you through the project, step-by-step. Other items discussed are where to buy or how to make a substrate, how to plan out the placement of a design on a stepping stone, acceptable materials and adhesive, how to grout a stepping stone, and how to prolong the life of your mosaic in the outdoors.
